ChatGPT and I have created our first fully fledged out Short Story together.

Figuring out a whole book was taking too long so I decided to start with a series of short stories instead.

You’ve heard this all from me before but this time I’ve completed the first story in the series.

The name of the story is First Toolset. It’s the first in a series of stores I’m making about a Goblin Blacksmith. They are called Tales of a Blacksmith.

Similar to the Midnight Diner Manga and Netflix show, these stories are supposed to be separate wholesome tales about the customers and their lives.

I did an edit removing parts I didn’t think fit well but there is so much repetition that it’s going to be hard to sort through it all and make it legible.

I’ve also added a Stories page in the navigation menu where I’ll be adding all of the Narrative stories I create. You can also navigate to the new story above using that menu. The pages it links to aren’t that nice yet but I’ll work on them as I go. I’ll make a separate section for images in the future.

The writing isn’t super impressive but I think it’s a good start. Leave a comment below or leave a comment on the story itself.

I’m sure with time and effort ChatGPT combined with human creativity can produce some amazing stories. Working with AI can be frustrating at times but in the end it’s worth it.
